Intent to Return and Student Lottery

The Intent to Return form is for the 2024-2025 school year only and is to be completed for your currently enrolled student. This is an individual form by student; a family with multiple students needs to fill out a separate form for each student. Please complete this form by Friday, March 29, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.
 
Students who are new and haven't enrolled during the school year at Bingham Academy, need to complete the Student Lottery form to be accepted. If you signed up for the lottery previously and were not accepted before or during the school year and are still interested in enrolling at Bingham Academy, you will need to complete this form again.
 
The deadline for registering for the Student Lottery is April 17, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. The Student Lottery, for the 2024-2025 school year, will be held that evening (April 17, 2024) during the School Board meeting which begins at 6 p.m.
