2023-2024 School Year

This form is for the parents/guardians/etc. of a currently enrolled Bingham Academy student who plans on returning for the 2023-2024 school year. Please complete this form for each student returning to Bingham Academy next year. This form is for returning students only.

In contrast, new students to Bingham Academy, even if they have siblings already enrolled at the school, must complete a Lottery Form (New Students). Lottery Forms need to be completed for each new student planning to enroll at Bingham Academy.

Special Education and 504 Services: Bingham Academy (District 485) offers, free of charge, special education and 504 services to those students who meet federal and state requirements. All information regarding a student’s ability level is confidential and protected through Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). If you have questions about the programs and referral process, please contact the school office or refer to the Procedural Safeguards Notice document.
