Students and Parents,
There have been a few changes this year.
1. We are going digital!
2. Everyone will sign up with the link provided and pay online directly to Kelly Canyon. All program participants will be required to pay during registration. Participants will have until 72 hours prior to their first scheduled date to receive a full refund. Inside of 72 hours and once the program has begun, refunds will not be given if participants do not show up for scheduled dates. Rescheduling fees may apply and will be based on class availability.
3. Pricing will remain the same as last year, but lessons are mandatory this year. We feel that as a school program, we need to make sure that instruction and learning are an integral part of the students' experience when they come. We will be accommodating all levels of riders/skiers with an engaging learning experience. For more experienced riders/skiers they will be learning the basics of becoming a ski instructor and/ or fundamentals of advanced techniques and maneuvers. The lessons will last up to one hour of their time. Should any student opt-out of their lesson at the resort, we will not stop them but they will not receive a discount or refund for not attending.
4. Helmets will be required during lesson time. They must be approved ski or snowboard helmets (USSA standards). If participants do not own one, they can be rented or purchased when they register online and picked up in the rental shop when they arrive.
5.Transportation from Bingham Academy to Kelly Canyon is still available. When filling out the form you must enter BINGHAM ACADEMY in the Transportation field, if you wish to ride the bus.
6. Meal option. During online registration, parents or directors will be able to opt-in to a meal option to prevent parents from sending cash with students and to reduce lines (social distancing) in the lodge. "Meal" will consist of a hot dog and their choice of soda or bottled water.
